Dallas Matthews: The Boss with aUnique Teaching Style

Meet Dallas Matthews, a 57-year-old boss with a unique approach to mentoring her employees. When Tarzan, her 29-year-old employee, fails to meet expectations, Dallas decides to take matters into her own hands. Her teaching style is far from conventional, but it’s a style that Tarzan won’t forget anytime soon.

Dallas is not your average boss. She’s blonde, confident, and knows what she wants. Her approach to teaching Tarzan how to be more aggressive with clients involves something much more personal. She believes that by showing him how to be more assertive in the bedroom, he can translate that skill to his client interactions.

“I’m very aggressive when it comes to sex,” Dallas says. “But I like a man to be a man. It doesn’t matter how tall they are. Sometimes short guys can really strut their stuff. And it doesn’t matter how tall you are in bed. It’s my legs that are long. If you’re spooning, you’re just together.”

Dallas was born and raised in Washington, later moving to Canada before returning to Washington. She’s led an interesting life, with experiences ranging from construction and house-building to excavation and ranching. She’s even initiated bio-control for the mushroom industry. Her boyfriend approves of her unconventional teaching methods. “This was totally his idea,” she reveals. “Part of me is doing this for him. I’ll wink at him. ‘That was for you!’ I’m being a naughty girl.”
